1. Overview
Orvensa uses specialized service providers to deliver core platform functionality such as hosting, transactional email, subscription billing, and AI-assisted evaluation.
Where these providers process personal data on behalf of Kobenski BV in connection with customer use of the platform, they act as subprocessors or service providers within the relevant contractual and legal framework.

3. Important notes
The subprocessor list above reflects the main providers visible from the current Orvensa implementation and operating model.
It is possible that certain infrastructure components are delivered through affiliated vendors, cloud-region services, or support tools that are not individually named on this public page. Where needed, more detailed vendor information can be shared during customer legal or procurement review.
The recruiting organization remains responsible for assessing whether the listed provider setup is suitable for its own legal, procurement, security, and transfer-risk requirements.
4. Changes to subprocessors
Kobenski BV may update this list from time to time as the Orvensa platform evolves.
Material changes to subprocessors may also require corresponding updates to customer documentation, privacy information, contractual terms, or transfer safeguards.
